Frequently asked questions

For hygienic purposes, we cannot accept returns on shapewear garments. If you do however receive the  wrong order as these mistakes can happen, as long as the item is unworn, still in it’s original packaging, we are then happy to receive your return.

On clothing items, we only accept returns in exchange for store credit, if you contact us within 7 days of the receipt. As long as the item is in good condition and no damage has been done whilst trying it on. Please ensure you are careful when trying on items you are unsure about.

You can put your shapewear in a washing machine, but just as long as it’s a gentle wash. However, hand washing is the most recommended because it makes your shaper last longer. Always air dry the shapewear, do not tumble dry.

Treat your Shapewear with care and it will serve you well!

We recommend you follow our sizing chart. You should take measurements of the highest part of your waist and widest part of your hips holding the tape tight around the body. According to your measurements, pick the shapewear from the size chart that fits your sizing.

If you’re in-between sizes, we recommend you choose the sizing that fits your hips width. If your belly is bigger than your hips, you should select the sizing that fits your waist dimensions.

We currently ship to UK, Europe and United States, if you live outside of these regions please contact us to enquire for shipping costs.
